Trips and outings
Each year there are many trips and outings for pupils of all ages. As well as those associated with the curriculum timetable, there are sporting tours, visits abroad, outings to places of interest and adventure holidays.
Trips and outings currently available:
For our students studying German there is the bi-annual exchange with Wolfenbüttel School.
The annual Ski Trip to Voss in Norway during the Lent Term is highly popular with pupils.
GCSE and A level Geography students regularly have various fieldwork visits to compliment course work.
The Junior Department pupils enjoy Dalguise in Perthshire, and its outdoor activity centre.
Forms 1-3 studying French have the opportunity to spend a week in a French Chateau, Chateau de Chantreine near Dieppe.
The first XI Hockey squad toured South Africa in July 2008; and the under 17s Rugby squad toured Canada - the second Canada tour in three years.
