Service Personnel Families
Longridge Towers School warmly welcomes children of service personnel, offering fees no more than 10% above the Continuity of Education Allowance (CEA) for eligible families. With a long tradition of supporting military families, we provide continuity of education for children of parents posted both in the UK and abroad, including those in Boulmer and Catterick Garrison.
We understand the demands on working parents, and our boarding options provide a practical solution in a beautiful location. We offer full, weekly, and flexible boarding to meet the needs of busy families. Weekly boarding allows children to benefit from the school’s activities and enrichment programs while spending weekends with family or staying in our home from home boarding house.
We also offer flexible boarding, where pupils can board 1-3 nights per week, ideal for those with early commitments or weekend activities or busy households. Our boarding house has its own unique atmosphere, fostering a sense of belonging and support, where Houseparent’s ensure that children feel at home, providing a nurturing, secure environment. With a focus on well-being and personal development, we run activities and trips throughout the year to enrich the boarding experience, helping children build confidence, friendships, and positive relationships.
Understanding the challenges of military life, we offer exceptional pastoral care and flexible boarding options, allowing parents to maintain contact with their children during deployments. Our swift, online admissions process ensures we can respond quickly to changes in circumstances, whether for long-term planning or urgent assignments. Our Admissions Team is always ready to assist and advise.
